What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to love your costume. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wigs and hairpieces (for hygiene reasons)
  • Masks and facial accessories
  • Undergarments and hosiery
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

Email help@costume-shop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll set up an exchange. We recommend ordering the new size right away to ensure availability, then returning the original.
