How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, tracking is easy. Here's how to stay up to date on your delivery.
Tracking Email
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering.
Track via the Carrier Website
Use the tracking number in your email to check your shipment status directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your shipping method).
Order Hasn't Shipped Yet?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. During peak season (October) processing may take a little longer. If your order hasn't shipped after 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Package Shows Delivered But Missing?
First check around your front door and with neighbors. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at help@costume-shop.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier claim on your behalf.
