Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We process orders quickly, so the window to make changes is short. Here's what to do.
Before the Order Ships
Email help@costume-shop.com immediately with your order number and the change you need. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can usually cancel or modify it. We cannot guarantee changes will be made in time, but we'll do our best.
After the Order Ships
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or redirect it. You'll need to wait for delivery and then start a return if needed. See our return policy for details.
Wrong Item Ordered?
If you ordered the wrong item or size, email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we can swap it out. If it has shipped, we'll set up an exchange once it's delivered.
