The Costume Shop Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on all orders!
  • Most orders are shipped out same day if received by 12pmPST.
  • All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders placed after 12pmPST Friday will ship on Monday.
  • Most orders will ship via USPS, larger packages may use UPS or FedEx at our discretion. 
  • Standard Shipping via USPS is 2-5 business days (not counting weekends) once your item has been shipped. 
  • Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
  • You can track your package at any time on our web site using the link in your email. 
  • We currently don't ship internationally except for Mascot Costumes on special order. 
  • We currently ship only inside the contiguous USA.
