The Costume Shop Return Policy

To return your costume for any reason:
  • Contact Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain easy return instructions. Our support team will email you a return label that can be fixed on your package and sent back for a full refund. 
  • A full refund of the purchase price of your costume(s) will be applied within 2-4 business days of receiving your return.
Mascot costumes and special order items will have specific return policies outlined on their respective product pages and may not be eligible for return.

    Exchanges: 

    If you tried on your costume and find that you would like a different size than the one you ordered:

    1. Please place a new order for the correct size on our web site.
    2. Contact Customer Support to get a prepaid label to send the items from your first order back to get a full refund.
