The Costume Shop Return Policy

Our return policy is very simple and that's the way we like it!  

 

To return your costume for any reason, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain an authorization number and easy return instructions. A full refund of the purchase price of your costume(s) will be applied within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

After 7 days you may return your costume minus a 20% restock fee. Costumes cannot be returned after 30 days of receiving your order. 

*Mascot costumes and special order items will have specific return policies outlined on their respective product pages and may not be eligible for return.

 


Exchanges: 

If you tried on your costume and find that you would like a different size than the one you ordered, please order the correct size from our web site, then contact 
Customer Support to schedule a return and refund for your first costume. 

 

If you received an item different than one that you ordered, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your costume so that we can send you the correct item right away. Shipping costs to replace the item will be paid by us. We will email you a UPS shipping label and take care of the shipping cost both ways.
