Return Policy
Costumes that have not been opened, tried on, or worn may be returned for a full refund - less shipping and handling - within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note:Mascot Costumes are custom orders and may not be returned for a refund.

Costumes that have been taken out of the package and tried on or worn may not be returned at any time due to the nature of the product. Please see our sizing chart to insure that you have ordered the correct size and send a question to our support team if you are unsure about any specifics of a costume.

We are no longer exchanging costumes for different sizes. Click HERE for our sizing chart. Please be sure to order the size that will best fit you.

Please contact customer support at support@costume-shop.com to obtain authorization to return unopened packages and an address where you can send your order. Packages sent back without authorization will be refused.

Please include your Name and Order number with all customer support related inquiries.

Shipping Policy and Information
Most products are shipped within 24 hours after and order has been placed. We use UPS Ground shipping and are not offering and faster shipping options at this time. We are located in California so estimated shipping time in transit could be anywhere from 6-8 business days, depending on how far you are from California. For example, an order being delivered to New York would likely take total 9 business days to ship to you. Orders to Arizona would likely take 3-4 days after they are shipped from our warehouse.

We will make every effort to ship out your order on time. If there will be any delays with your order we will contact you immediately. If you feel your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, please contact customer support at support@costume-shop.com. Please include your order number with all email correspondence.

Price Guarantee If you find any costume at our store at a lower price at another online store, we will match any competitors price and beat it by 5% either before you order or 30 days after your order was placed. We are committed to bringing our customers the lowest price possible. Please keep in mind that we only match the final price of our competitors price, which includes any shipping/handling or other fees that we may not charge.

If you would like to request a price match you can contact support at support@costume-shop.com. Please let us know which costume you will need an adjustment on. Or you can place your order and email us the link afterwards and we will adjust the order.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders. We cannot ship any items COD.

This includes personal information such as your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and phone number. This information is used only for our purposes and is not sold or made available to any third parties.
