Costume-Shop.com Return Policy


Costumes that have not been used, worn, or tried on may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price of the costume, less shipping charges. You have 7 days after your order has been received to contact us for a refund. Returned items must be in brand new condition in their original packaging with no missing parts.

After 7 days, you may return your costume in new and unopened condition, less a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Costumes may be returned up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Costumes that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for return.


Mascot Costumes are custom orders and may not be returned for a refund at any time.

 

  • To return your product, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain authorization to return a package and instructions on where to send the item back. Packages sent back without proper authorization will be refused.

 

Exchanges

If you find that you would like a different costume than the one you ordered, simply re-order the product you would like and follow the return instructions above to receive a refund on your initial order.


  • If you received an item different than one that you ordered, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT within 15 days of receiving your costume so that we can send you the correct item right away. Shipping costs to replace the item will be paid by us. We will send a shipping label to have the wrong item picked up and returned to us.
