Please Note UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. Please provide a physical address where your order can be shipped.

Most orders (excluding mascot costumes) are shipped within 24 Hours. Orders placed by 12pm Pacific Time usually ship same day.

International Orders

 

We currently ship only inside the US, Canada, and Australia.

 

Our mascot costumes may be shipped to all international locations. Please contact us to make arrangements to ship to your international address.

*Mascot Costumes have a production time of at least 3 weeks (not including shipping time). Next Day and 2 or 3 Day shipping options are not available for mascot costume orders.
