Costume-Shop.com Return Policy

Costumes that have not been opened, worn, or tried on may be returned for a refund - less shipping and handling charges. You have 15 days after your order has been received to contact us for a refund. Returned items must be in their unopened package. Due to health regulations, costumes that have been worn or tried on may not be returned for a refund at any time.

Mascot Costumes are custom orders and may not be returned for a refund at any time.

  • To return your product, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain authorization to return a package and instructions on where to send the item back. Packages sent back without proper authorization will be refused. 
Exchanges
If you find that you would like a different costume than the one you ordered, simply re-order the product you would like and follow the return instructions above to receive a refund on your initial order. Costumes that have been worn or tried on may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • If you received an item different than one that you ordered, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT so that we can send you the correct item right away. Shipping costs to replace the item will be paid by us. We will send a shipping label to have the wrong item picked up and returned to us.
