Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How Much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is a flat $8.66 for UPS Ground. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day air and Next Day Air are only available during Halloween season.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Only for specific items like our mascot costumes and our deluxe costumes. Please contact our support dept. through our Help Menu for more information.

We have opened up shipping for all items to Canada and Australia only.

Q: Can I return my costume?
A: Yes, you may return your costume within 15 days of receiving your order, but only if the costume has not been worn or taken out of the package. Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns for costumes that have been worn or tried on. Custom orders such as mascot costumes may not be returned at any time.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you your UPS tracking information. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is placed, not counting weekends. If you have not received a UPS tracking number during that time, please contact our support dept. through the Help Menu.

Q: Do you have a Sizing Chart?
A: Yes, please click Here for our sizing chart.

Q: Do you have any coupons or promotions going on right now?
A: Yes, we usually have promotions throughout the year. Please see our Promotions Page for any current promotional offers.
 
Q: Do you accept purchase orders from schools and organizations?
A: Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools for orders over $500. Please fax purchase orders toll free to (866)588-9139. Please contact support if you need a W9 faxed or mailed to you.
 
Q: Can I purchase just the head of a mascot and/or change the color of a mascot?
A: Yes, you may purchase just the head of most mascots. The head is usually the bulk of the price of the costume so please contact us for pricing as the cost of each head is different. You may change the color of most mascots for an additional $120 customization charge.
