Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I return my costume?
A: Yes, you may return most costumes within 15 days of receiving your order. Please check our Return Policy page for full information on policy and instructions on how to return your costume.
Q: How soon do you ship out orders?
A: Most costumes are shipped out same day if you order by 10am Pacific Time (1pm Eastern). Some costumes have a longer processing time and will be noted on the specific product page. Mascot Costumes normally have a lead time of approx. 2-3 weeks before shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For our standard costumes we only ship to select locations internationally. If your country is not listed in the Country list during checkout, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements to ship to you. We ship our mascot costumes to most countries. Please contact our support dept. through our Contact Form for more information.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you your UPS tracking information. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is placed, not counting weekends. If you created an account with us, you may log into your account and check the status of your order at any time.
Q: Do you have a Sizing Chart?
A: Yes, please click Here for our sizing chart. Many costumes have sizing information included in the description of the product page.
A: Yes, we usually have promotions throughout the year. Please see our Promotions Page for any current promotional offers.
A: Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools for orders over $500. Please fax purchase orders toll free to (866)588-9139. Please contact support if you need a W9 faxed or mailed to you.
